She doesn't claim to be Native, but she's apparently a student/former student of Alberto Villoldo's. She practices a variety of woo including Reiki and craniosacral therapy (which always makes me laugh because it sounds to me like the therapy requires your head and tailbone to meet). And of course she uses the word "quantum" a lot, in the usual woomeister sense: to mean "Science says my woo is true, so give me your money."

Shamanic healing has the intent of empowering the client to heal themselves – to step into their power as co-creators of their destiny. The techniques are those of Alberto Villoldo’s School of Healing the Light Body. The process works to clear heavy energy from the aura, repairing the wounded area with illuminating light and assisting the client to live in a different way from that moment forwards.

The initial Shamanic appointment typically lasts about ninety minutes during which time we will assess your current situation and the issues you want to work with. It will include an illumination, and frequently an extraction of heavy, stuck energy and possibly cutting cords to someone that you feel is sucking energy from you or that you have an unhealthy attachment to. The initial charge is £67.

Subsequent sessions are tailored to your individual requirements and last between one and two hours, at a charge of £45 per hour.

She "feels drawn" to things like "plant medicine" too. Dunno about anyone else, but IME, the phrase "feel drawn to" is almost always a tipoff that the person is taking something to which s/he knows s/he has no right.

Mr Charing is a director of Mr Rutherford’s so-called ‘college’, Eagle’s Wing. And, like Ms Brodie, he also runs ayahuasca tourist trips to South America, including to the Shipibo.

Mr Charing is the ‘business brain’ largely responsible for commercialising Mr Rutherford’s operation into something even more money-orientated than before.
He is a sharp operator.

I would respectfully suggest people in the UK stay well away from all of them.

I had the misfortune of working with Ms. Brodie some time ago. She was extremely difficult to deal with and would take a spite to people if they didn't socialise with her outside of work. These people would then be "targeted" in an inappropriate manner. Also, she seemed to have a grudge against male employees, which we thought possibly stemmed from a bad previous relationship or marriage she might have had, and numerous clashes which would inevitably end in her insisting the male employee be fired. Dino and the two Andrews will know what I'm referring to. Not to mention an aggressive attitude, always willing to belittle others, so "Corporate Bitch" is the right title for her book and appears to reflect her accurately. Just as well she's left the corporate world, because her behaviour brings journalism and finance into disrepute. We are all far better off without her. Now she appears to be taking advantage of vulnerable, unstable people offering dubious "cures" akin to witchcraft or voodoo, and pretending to be a caring person!
