A proud Native American, Mr. Crispen is known by a second, more poetic, name: Walks in Shadows. Despite this sobriquet, he has enjoyed a career very much in the light. He retired in 2000 after 25 years of dedication to the U.S. Treasury, where he was in charge of accounting and overseeing the Microfilm Depository Facility. For his longevity and professional accomplishments, Mr. Crispen was earlier this year selected as a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who. He attributes his success to his hard work, determination and drive to excel.

Mr. Crispen earned a Doctor of Divinity in Biblical Studies in 2002, a Master of Arts in international business from Marshall University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland. He is a life member of both Vietnam Veterans of America and Disabled American Veterans, is recognized as an elder within his tribe, the Miami Tribe of Indiana, and was most recently elected Principal Chief of the Red Crane Band of The Nuluti Equani Ehi Tribe of North Carolina. He volunteers regularly at the University of Florida. Savoring his retirement, Mr. Crispen looks forward to working in his garden and doing volunteer work as a Certified Master Gardener.
