Came upon this rather questionable person on Kijiji:

http://hamilton.kijiji.ca/c-ViewAd?AdId=482841571&Guid=13e8a700-2eb0-a20b-2720-bf3ffffde925&MessageId=MSG.VIEW_AD.EDIT_AD_SUCCESSFULMXmessageUrlMZhttp%3A%2F%2Fhamilton.kijiji.ca%2Fc-AdDetails%3FAdId%3D482841571%26Guid%3D13e8a700-2eb0-a20b-2720-bf3ffffde925&mpname=Activity-EditAd&mpuid=80014%3B165%3B482841571%3B80401082%3B%3B

She straight up advertises herself as a "sacred pipe carrier".
Note that her ad is listed in the entertainment section.

Besides being a self-described psychic and healer, she also offers "Ionic Body Detoxing", whatever that is, with "Spa Treatment" and "energy work".

I checked out her website:

http://www.angelwhispersconsulting.com/

It claims on there that she "works extensively with First Nations communities", which I find concerning due to the way she advertises herself, the nuagey crap she offers, and the fact that she does not appear to claim any native heritage, at least not that I saw. She uses a medicine wheel in her logo. The whole thing screams appropriation and I'll see if I can find out more.

Ionic Body Detoxing is just a foot bath with some salted water and low level current run through it. Supposedly it extracts "toxins" from the body. Any resulting change in color of water has to do with the metal/salt/water/current use, not "toxins".

She claims she has the "gift of x-ray clairvoyance (the ability to see into the physical tissue)".

She claims she is "Registered as a Traditional Health Worker with Health Canada". Does this form of registration actually exist?

Well, those couple of things certainly sound scammy.

As far as a registered traditional health worker goes, I could find no such title on Health Canada's website. I could also find no evidence of it elsewhere online, so either it does not exist, or my google-fu isn't strong enough.

Ah!  She does give a discount to First Nations people:

Quote
Other Services
HST is included in the price you see here. First Nations people, please enter coupon code FIRSTNATIONS when ordering to get your HST exemption. Your band number will be required.

Revision:  Not a discount, apparently, but something like a tax exemption:

Quote
For pricing and availability on other services, please contact us.  Regular fee is $25.00 for every 15 minutes (+ HST where applicable); no HST when services are delivered on First Nation Territories.  Special fee for students.

A tax exemption means nothing when many of those on reserve land can't afford the hefty charges in the first place, especially for the services that are bunk such as the detox foot bath.

On her CV it appears she's had a few stints working with various First Nations communities, though I have still not found any mention of her own heritage or who her teachers were.
