You have got to be kidding me. They cast him not knowing his claims.

I mean, sure, Indins can be anywhere for any reason but c'mon... What are the odds of any Sioux person being in that part of the US far back enough so his/her descendants look no part Native, have no connection to being Native, and not have been known by the community that she/he left? This guy goes into the Bieber/FN status column.

His ethnicity's been online for awhile, as has his mother's genealogy. No mention of it until the role. If he's ignorant enough to think the Boy Scouts was "practicing their heritage..."

Any ancestry would be very distant and they seem to be pulling an alleged tribe from the hat, one they heard from movies. It could be like most southern white families, that they have distant Black ancestry they wanted to cover up.

Marilyn Manson is pretty good at spinning yarns, you should check out the Celebrity Ghost Stories episode of him where he claimed to have found a fictitious book called the Necromonicon and summoned demons in an old farm house-which disappeared the next day when he looked for it.
