This name was brought up to me last night by a white woman in Los Angeles who claimed she has been a client of this "shaman". Foulger told the client she was "Native".
Upon googling her name, I found her website:

theme-based shamanic workshops. I teach for FSS in California and Colorado, and I have had years of experience as part of the teaching staff of the
Two-Week Shamanic Healing Intensive and the Three-Year Program of Advanced Initiations in Shamanism and Shamanic Healing on the West Coast.I also give presentations on
contemporary core shamanic practice sponsored by organizations such as the Los Angeles Jung Institute, the Yo San University of Oriental Medicine and the San Fernando Valley Interfaith Council. Shamanism is an ancient system for healing, well-being, guidance and growth using human abilities of body, mind and spirit.

As a form of spiritual practice core shamanism connects us to a multi-dimensional network of spiritual support to assist with the many conditions, questions and problems of human life.
