I just wanted to know if there’s a link or any information on this man named Todd Stockwell shaman healer etc... thank you. He lives in Chicago, originally from Michigan.

I've never heard of an "Egyptian shaman," and the "Celtic shaman" stuff is a mishmash of reconstructed and "borrowed" teachings.

Apparently, so is Todd. One teaching has the word "Quant-Om" In it, and there are yantras galore on the site. Yet he also offes a "White Buffalo Ceremony." I can't tell, from his long description of it, exactly what this ceremony is meant to be or do:

QuantOm and Vortex Training seem to be pseudo science. The rest seem to be pop psychology. Except for chakras, which are from Hinduism.

For all the claims of "30 years" he seems to have been doing this for roughly a year. There is an old tripod page with more bizarre claims.

Indigo nonsense was debunked long ago, taking advantage of parents with autistic kids.

There's dozens of outfits claiming to be brotherhoods of light, none of them remotely credible. My guess is one of the Egyptian Tarot outfits is his.

Moved to Frauds, though there's still more research to be done, like who the fraud claiming to be Native is who trained him.

The people claiming to do "Celtic Shamanism" are not doing religious reconstruction. They are doing Harner/pretendian appropriation, and they think that camouflaging it with some shamrocks, knotwork or tartan will fool people. They think translating some Native words into a Celtic language makes it "Celtic." It doesn't. The legitimate Celtic spiritual groups, including the actual Celtic Reconstructionists, shun those people. The living Celtic cultures have plenty that survives, but it doesn't look like Wicca or shameon b.s. Anyone who thinks "reconstruction" means "make some stuff up" doesn't understand the field. Reconstruction just means revival of the ways of the ancestors, plus putting some more of the fragmented historical bits back together - but only the historically attested fragments.  "Celtic Shamanism" is completely ahistorical.
