Take a look at what he calls his "Professional Experience". You will see that he has nothing in his history pertaining to Native American anything until he landed in Tennessee around 1996. At that point, he joins many Native American organizations, Religion, takes classes on their history and genealogy, and creates Tennessee Commission of Indian Affairs which is now defunct, although he still has a page on FB under this name. The people he is harassing and trying to defraud are the same people that got his commission shut down.
