  This man Michaer Harner is making New Age Frauds by the dozens!! He traveled all over the world and ripped off tribes and cultures everywhere! People like Jan Engeles Smith (who trained under Michael's foundation) Selling the SACRED!! Classes and Seminars averaging 45 dollars an hour! For garbage! New Age CRAP! Ripping people off and exploiting Native people! She even has the guts to call her self a pipe carrier! This Michael Harner guy is a cultural criminal! I am sorry if I sound upset, but i am!

  Something I have found in common with many shake 'n bake shamans and other nuage weirdo types is the fact that they studied under Harner.

Just because someone has a Ph.D. doesn't make them creditable. I have a Ph.D. in Theology and Botony, does that make me creditable? That doesn't mean anything other than I can go to classes and study and earn a White Man's Certificate for my wall that can collect dust! People think that this Jan Engeles-Smith character is creditable because she studied under that weak ass foundation!

I agree, it doesn't make him credible, but a lot of people will take that as an authority. Makes them harder to deal with.

That is definately true! It is also a problem that because people "Pay" for "shamanic" knowledge that it is more legitimate! They have no concept that the best things in life are FREE!!
