I've been thinking for a while now of doing some kind of banner campaign around the protection of ceremonies.
The idea is to make a graphic that people can put on their webpages and profiles, with a link to a site for more info. I was thinking "I support the Declaration Of War Against Exploiters Of Lakota Spirituality" and then a link to the document. The URL I've been using for text links is
http://www.geocities.com/ourredearth/declaration.htmlThoughts? Would it be better to make the wording and URL more broad-based, about "protection of ceremonies"? I think having "Declaration of War" on it communicates the seriousness of the situation, and is what I prefer, but I could also see the point of having one that's less provocative. There's also no reason to limit it to one version.
Preferred colors, images, or ones to avoid?
