Petition for Selling Sioux Scalp On EBay

Has any one seen this? Didn't know where to put it. I understand it came out over the weekend and EBay did withdraw this due to protests. I think this one is more than just stupid.  http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/NativeRights

I have a hard time understanding how <cave formations> speleothems, stalactites, and stalagmites are Artifacts-Grave-Related Items-and First Nations' Crafts.

Is it me that just doesn't understand that part of the Petition?

notice given today that this has been resolved, the item will be returned to the Lakota and no need for petition.
