A lot of what he's claiming is not Native at all. The site has lots of runes, for example. Neurolinguistic programming or NLP is a technique commonly used by cults. He's also claiming training by Tibetans and Irish Druids in Edinburgh Ireland. (The city's in Scotland.)

Claiming training by Buddhist monks in China, Japan, and Tibet (for more than 20 years!) He even claims to be a director representing the Dalai Lama in Mexico.

He does says he's president of the Tlalocan Martial Arts School. Long list of supposed martial arts training.

Has lots of corporate clients and conferences for groups like Amway. That's not a good sign. Amway is often accused of being cultlike.

Outside of the Tlalocan claim and phoniness like the Tensegrity claim of being Aztec martials arts, there's nothing remotely Native here. Just lots of ridiculous and almost certainly false or greatly exagerrated claims.
