Philip Havice

Got a request for information about him. The claim was that he is trying to set himself up as a spiritual leader and pipe carrier. So far I haven't found anything like that.

He's also worked with Native American Students Assn (NASA) in San Marcos TX. I know NASA also has a chapter in San Antonio at Palo Alto College, been to their powwow.

Anyone else find anything on him? He's not far from where I was at, but then again I've been gone almost a year.
