If after discussion there is some degree of consensus about the person or issue, a moderator or admin will move the thread to Frauds or Non-Frauds. Threads with no clear consensus, or that have not been thoroughly researched, tend to stay here for a while.
Being discussed in Research Needed does not mean someone is a Fraud. Or a Non-Fraud. It just means someone has questions about them.
