If he had to register as a sex offender in California, than he probably has to register as one in Spokane. I am getting ready to go for a long weekend, but if anyone wants to contact the Spokane police, go for it. Also, I am getting so tired of these fake Cherokees claiming Metis with a capitol M. Yes, technically, it means mixed, but the mix was specific. And most true Metis are in Canada, with a few in the US. And none were Cherokee. They were Cree and Chippewa.
