So, the International Court of Justice does exist and has its seat in The Hague, Netherlands:

He is a fan of the freeman on the land movement.[13] This has become more prominent in recent months, and the website now sports a prominent link to a so-called "Common Law Community Training Manual", which is basically a Sovereign citizen FAQ. [14]

I think the "garbage" reference is to the groups in the US that are made up of a bunch of loony people, claiming soveriegn citizen status to defy laws and in some cases scam people. Some of these people are merely deluded, some are pests and some are dangerous.

I am wondering:

1)  Did Paige write the letter at all?
2)  Did one of Parisha's other followers write the letter and claim Paige wrote it?
3)  If Paige wrote it, did they find it in her papers after she died and decide to post it?
4)  If Paige wrote it, why did it remain a secret until after she died?

I did find it very poorly written for a lawyer -- not at all concise and not easy to understand.

Also, the lack of modesty was pretty amazing.  Consider this:

The post attributed to Ms. Martin is really badly written, embarassingly so, don't know the circumstances. I can easily imagine someone else writing it and forging her name.

There are so many Parisha cult blogs online, supposedly written by various members, but maybe only one or two actually author them.

The post shows how fast and loose the cult plays with the truth. They don't bother with proper credit and sourcing, they make sh*t up. Parisha could have had one of her minions write this, which would be horribly deceptive and disrespectful. Or if Ms. Martin wrote this, that is bad news too.

SUMMERFIELD -- Deputies of the Noble County Sheriff’s Office were continuing the investigation into the death of a woman killed Friday morning by a blast of steam.

Paige A. Martin, Summerfield, was killed in a primitive steam bath at a location north of the village, Sheriff Stephen Hannum said.

The 57-year-old woman, reportedly instructing a class of nine individuals, poured water onto heated rocks which caused the lethal burst of steam.

The sauna was a homemade structure, Hannum said, fashioned with a tree-limb frame and covered with blankets and plastic sheeting.

Another person in attendance also was scalded, but refused treatment.

The accident occurred at The Learning Center for Human Development, located off Route 513.

Responding to the call for help, in addition to deputies, were personnel of United Ambulance and Summerfield Volunteer Fire Department.
