He and his wife are pretty well known. After the problems in Kansas they tried Georgia, another group had a similiar name. I see they are back in Kansas. http://www.newagefraud.org/smf/index.php?topic=284.msg2090#m

Some of what Tate is saying now is unintentionally comical.

http://www.rednation.org/chiefs_message.html
"The Great Mystery always gathers his tribes in times of his great works, he has gave us knowledge the Ancestors passed on to us by Visions of the great ones like Black Elk, Crazy Horse, the Prophet WhiteFeather to name a few."

So Tate is claiming to be Lakota now?

"I am only a voice in the wilderness..."

No wait, he's claiming to be John the Baptist.

"It's time for the Visions to be fulfilled on the Earth; one about to happen is Black Elk's sight of the Healing of all the Nations Hoop and the Dance around the Sacred Tree of Life....As told by an Ancestor Frank Fools Crow."

Now he's back to claiming to be Lakota.

NOte that it's 15 bucks a year to be a member.

A thread on them saying they have members from Europe and use old westerns to train their members.

"They use old 'F Troop' videos for training films"
My God! I thought those things were destroyed before they ruined more intellects.

What about the 10th level blackbelt, Commando Kai Ninja Master "War Chief"? Does he use those old Eighties bad Ninja movies as training films?

Oh, I don't know -- maybe old re-runs of 'Gilligan's Island' might be more useful for 'real information'  ;-)

Remember back in Oct. 2005 when Tate took the liberty to change the name of the Mid-America All-Indian Center in Wichita, also naming himself president?  I did not see anything in local papers since the incident in 2005. I tried to followup with the media and had no luck.  Does anyone know if charges were ever filed?   --Patty

I don't think they were. As I remember being told he and another went to Georgia to fight over the name. Told he would face legal actions there, so I guess he went back to Kansas. But my imformation is second hand.
