Hi Daynise
First off, please look for skeptical information abourt chiropractic. There are several cases of chiropractors killing their patients, whose necks were manipulated so violently that their verterbral arteries were damaged, resulting in fatal strokes hours or days later. It might be unlikely that your chiropractor will kill you but s/he is probably wasting your time and money.
I had a quick look at the links you mentioned: the first one attempting to differentiate between 'Michael' and all those other pretend entities was quite entertaining.
Chelsea Quinn Yarbro, the pulp writer who has now hit paydirt with this Michael stuff, has written bad detective fiction featuring an Indian lawyer who of course uses his mystical Indian magic to solve the crime. Ech. Sherman Alexie's book "Indian Killer" ruthlessly pillories writers like Yarbro. The one in Alexie's novel does not come to a good end.
As for the rest, well, 'cross-cultural shamanism' is just another way of saying 'we like to play at being Indian'.
