OdawaNDN, there could be  some more names  added that fit him, he is certainly something lower than the bottom of the barrel. He knows what he is doing,but he is totally  unconscionable.His attitude is "so what they are going to loose there homes any why", this is how he justifies taking  the people's money, sadly he hurts very many families that are in that desperate situation. It is kicking people when they are already down.[ At the rate people are loosing there homes, he and the people he promotes would be having a feast.] He has no qualifications in finance, law or anything he promotes on his website or any other forum.
He has no respect for the law [only the one he lives by] His hatred that he promotes where ever he can is just a disgrace to humanity.
It is amazing that such a person is still on the loose and is still able to have his websites up. He could be likened  as an enemy with in his own country.
