This just gets stranger and stranger, but it looks more than likely the ones behind the CET claims are not Six Nations, though possibly NDN.

The address of this "embassy" is a lakeside home in northern California, near Mendocino State Park and NW of Sacramento. The city is over 90% white, less than 2% lised as Native. The Pomo have rancherias, federally recognized tribes not too far, but not within the city.

The Sovran bunch are basically a mix of the militia movement, survivalist,, secessionist, and altmedicine types, with some Greens thrown in.

One of the names on the site is Ernestine Trudeau, who claims to be an Anishnaabe elder, no rez or reserve mentioned, who parrots quite a bit from the sovereign citizen and militia movements.

....Later on when we got older I began to ask my Dad questions like Why we as Anishinabek had to live this way? 

....In 1933 the people of North America were pledged as chattel slaves to the bankrupt creditor in the  Corporate City of London , which is owned by the Corporate holy empire in the Vatican. When we were born we are all registered as “intellectual property’” and registered as wards of the Crown or State.  When we are born some of us are baptized and our parents are given a birth certificate.  If you were born in a hospital your parents are asked to register their ‘baby’.  The Registration of Live Birth form is the official Provincial record of the birth and registration of the child’s ‘legal’ name. They used ‘legal’ instead of ‘lawful’.  There is a big difference between the two.  They will tell you it is the Provincial record and that it is not yours.  The word baby also has changed to ‘child’  The ‘child’ is a Person.  A Person is a fiction or artificial entity created by the government, church or state.  A baby is a flesh and blood and spirit and was co-created by your parents and the Creator.  The birth certificate is also a document of Title, field warehouse receipt, or bond. *A Birth Certificate is a negotiable instrument, a registered security, a stock certificate, representing preferred stock of the Corporation and against which you are the surety.*

Canada is a Corporation and is registered in the stock exchange with a registered number 0000230098 in the Security Exchange Commission in Washington DC. Ontario is registered in the U.S. S.E.C number 0000074615 and listed as a Crown Employee/Corporate Entity/vassel/Trustee/Debtor/Cestui Que Trust. In Canada the original birth certificate is generally created at the Provincial level.  The Birth certificate from the hospital receives $$$ from the province which is then passed on the Provincial and Federal level and likely elsewhere.  The government uses the birth certificates as security to obtain loans from the creditor which is bankrupt. According to one researcher for one of the world’s largest brokerage houses he discovered that in the year 1936 each American birth certificate was assigned a value of $630,000.00.  The birth certificates today carry a value of $1,000,000.00.  The Ministry of Finance then takes out a loan of $1-Million then purchases a bond and invests it in the stock market. The collateral for the loan for the bond issued against the birth certificate is YOU the person, your body, labor and property.  The freeborn child is sold into Slavery UNKNOWINGLY by his/her parents in exchange for elementary and secondary education, welfare, health care and other institutional care.

The Tuscarora Signatory Indian Tribe maintains 400 acres of land located on the Black River Indian Reservation. Basically this sovran group hopes to become an offshore banking site. Someone cynical might say they hope to attract money laundering operations. Certainly there's the danger it could be used as such. I'm not at all sure about the legality of such an effort. Since they are not really recognized as SOVEREIGN (heck, most Six Nations people probably don't even know they exist, and we can't even find out easily who they are), this strikes me as some kind of militia moneymaking scheme.

"Aldelgo" doesn't mean anything in Spanish. In fact the only thing I could find online were numerous sites in Japanese I couldn't read. So it's just your typical Nuage misspelling designed to make something morer authentic to the gullible and weed out those who know the real history.

The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo doesn't have a thing to do with any "Americus Empire." Very little of it even mentions NDNs, and in the clauses that did, the promises certainly weren't kept. The treaty's name couldn't be a misspelling of an Indian word either. It's a Catholic pilgrimage site in Mexico.

There is a Black River Reservation, but it's a state park in Ohio. The only Black River ON a reservation is in the Apache rez at San Carlos, in Arizona. There is a Six Nations offshoot in Wisconsin, but they're Oneida. And the Tuscarora weren't of the original Iroquois League. They joined in the 1700s, over half a millenia after the Haudenosaunee are founded. There are Tuscarora communities away from their rez in NY, but they're mostly back in the Carolinas, their original homeland.

In my own opinion, it seems quite likely that in the thousand of years of seafaring peoples that people would occaisionally get blown off course and discover new lands , and find a way to get home and report where they had been. It also seems entirely possible - even likely - that some intentional visits would follow after this and some trade would occur.

And there is definently people in the scientific community who seem to get stuck in their own arrogance , insisting that if something happened and they don't know about it it couldn't possibly have happened.

But it seems when there is a mystery , there are people who rush in to explain things in a way that fits with their own agenda ( or their existing understanding and world view ) . The problem is there seems to be a lot of people who like to  exploit peoples curiousity about stuff nobody really knows, to their own advantage.   

The Vikings are known to have had colonies in North America well before Columbus, but that doesn't mean the Vikings created a Treaty with the indigenous peoples and if it was found it would still be respected today.

Even if there was some ancient trade routes between the continents, it doesn't follow there has been a great conspiracy to cover this up. There was plenty of time, natural disasters, wars ect that could have resulted in whatever records may have existed, being lost.  It also doesn't follow that if there was ancient trade this Camel's Eye Treaty existed, ( and I have yet to see a scrap of evidence it does ).

As educatedindian has repeatedly pointed out, even recent treaties which should be legally binding aren't being respected, so it is hard to understand why anyone would imagine something even older would be...
 
The idea that this treaty would be respected because it is the foundation of all international law seems entirely unrealistic, as no one except people involved in this "sovren" group  seem to have ever heard of it. 

How could international law possibly be founded on a treaty that no one knows exists... ?

And if it does exist, it seems there is many people who would be very interested to know where it is located, how it came to be there, what exactly it says,  and how exactly this sovern group has come to know about it when no one else seems to.

IMO , until this is explained, and the existence of this Treaty can be proven , I think it's safe to assume this Camel Eye treaty is the figment of some persusive persons imagination...     

Just because a few unexplained facts are used , which suggest possible past relationships between the Americas and other continents, doesn't mean everything is so mysterious and inexplicable that this Camel's Eye Treaty is likely to exist too ....

Oddly, these same people don't seem to think other non-citizens (say, illegal immigrants crossing the border) should be free from the Rule of Law. Nor do they assert the rights of other "non-persons" like animals and trees, which may be killed without penalty. So I don't think they've thought this all the way through.
