Mit dem uralten Naturritual der Schwitzhütte in Verbindung mit dem Medizinrad aus der Tradition der „Twisted Hair“ reinigen wir Körper, Geist und Seele, erwecken den inneren Krieger in uns, bringen Anima und Animus in Balance oder tanzen mit dem heiligen Narren aus unserem Chaos heraus und sind somit gewappnet, kraftvoll, mit klarem Geist und offenem Herzen auf unsere aktuellen und künftigen Projekte und Beziehungen einzugehen.

Durch die Kraft des Kreises und durch die Zentriertheit der Zeremonialstruktur potenziert und intensiviert sich unser Erleben. Über die Reflektionsrunde (Sharing) am Sonntag haben wir die Möglichkeit, das Erlebte in unser mentales und emotionales Bewusstsein zu integrieren.
