As a Native American with Scottish bloodlines, her body of work and teaching style is influenced and enriched by her unique ethnic background and perspective. She was instructed by Lakota Elder, Buck Ghost Horse for about twenty years in spirituality, ritual and culture. Buck was a Siconju-Hunkpapa Lakota who started teaching about the Lakota way of life in Washington, around 1989, in the First Tiospye – which he founded, and eventually evolved into the Sungleska Oyate (“Spotted Horse” Nation).

She has studied Shamanic healing extensively with Michael Harner, Leslie Conton and Carol Proudfoot.

No Nation named. No clan named, either. And if she thinks Scottish ancestry is rare among NDNs, she doesn't know much about NDNs.

For the past 18 years, Gloria’s area of focus has included alternative healing techniques, Chakra balancing, emotional release work, high-sensory perception, and massage therapy. The quest for knowledge in her field continues daily.

None of that is NDN. Or Scottish.

Guidance has been gratefully received from other teachers such as: Anodea Judith, Rosalyn Bruyere, Caroline Myss, Norman Shealy, Bob Proctor and more (via workshops and one-on-one teachings).

So she's a workshop culture nuager. Anodea is (or was) with Church of All Worlds, the group founded by Oberon and Morning Glory Zell-Ravenheart (discussed in this thread: http://www.newagefraud.org/smf/index.php?topic=3668.0 ) she teaches a Neopagan interpretation of Chakras.

Basically she's a masseuse with an incredibly inflated view of her profession.

She also lists other dubious types who trained her.

Harner shows up in plenty of threads.
Conton is one of the core shamanism exploiters for Harner's bunch, and an exploiter from academia.
http://www.shamanism.org/fssinfo/contonbio.html
So is Proudfoot, another Harner exploiter. Mentioned in this thread.
http://www.newagefraud.org/smf/index.php?topic=162.msg592#msg592

Anodea Judith makes claims about teaching chakras...prepare yourself for twinkie page overload.
http://www.sacredcenters.com/

Bruyere and Myss each deserve their own thread as frauds. Proctor is one of the think and grow rich hacks. Shealy seems to be the only actual nonfraud in the bunch.

And this is disturbing. It looks like WA state tax dollars will pay for veterans to be trained at that Nuage school.

Sad. My friend used to know this woman when she first started with Buck. My friend who is Nez Perce, Cherokee, Scottish and Cajun French used to do Tarot readings for her. My friend asked me who this Buck was and I told her that he was not someone she would want to be involved with. She told Gloria that Scottish and Indian was a common mix. Told her wicca wasn't Celtic. But I guess this woman needed to believe in something badly enough that she did not wish to hear anything. Now she is teaching and spreading the fraud. Sad. Just sad.

Update.
FB https://www.facebook.com/gloria.twofeathers
Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/earthwalkschool/
Twits, mostly inactive. https://twitter.com/TwofeathersTale
And people can leave reviews here. https://www.healthgrades.com/providers/gloria-two-feathers-67urz

Also put out a kid's book and CD. She keeps showing up at libraries, schools, and wilderness programs claiming to be a "Native elder" and "instructed by Lakota elder Buck Ghosthorse."

We need to keep an eye out for the next one she'll be at and contact the library or school. If she wants to tell stories, fine. But public institutions shouldn't promote her false claims.

Also still need to find out her actual legal name.
Long overdue, moved to Frauds.

I believe her legal name now is Gloria Helen Two-Feathers. She is registered to vote as this in WA state since 2004. Her massage license is under that name. Real estate transactions, legal cases, are all in that name.

Prior married surnames include Bock, Layton, Salcido.

When she married James Bock in 2004 she was Gloria H Morrison Two-Feathers.

When she married Max Layton in 1989 she was Gloria H Morrison Salcido.

She was born in 1953. My working theory is that her birth name is Gloria Helen Morrison.
