some friends of mine all banded together at a pow-wow in denver and expressed frustration about an ethiopian goin around pretending he is a native and selling crap jewelery and stuff to white people and creeping out tons of girls especially young ones all while claiming to be russel mean's nephew....they were all just talking at the back of my friends truck...some didnt even know eachother....but they all had a common thorn in their side once someone brought up that name...i hope you europeans out there who bought stuff from him and sent money supporting his stupid wannabe militant Second American Indian Movement (who were this ethiopian, a few misguided ndns and a couple whites and mexicans) can talk him into giving you a refund........they all compared the lies and got to work...pow-wow was saturday..evidence was all gathered by tuesday...they successfully got him banned from schools....and the fool made threats against all the "apples" at the indian center and ran his mouth so much that he pretty much talked himself into an investigation by dept of interior..............good work guys.......i will post the story and pics in a day or 2....by the way his company is called Native Dreams Inc......avoid at all costs

Well, nobody really knows for sure. He came on Denver scene in about late 2009 telling tall tales with delusions of grandeur. He claimed to be a Lakota and related to very prominent high-profile Lakotas in public prominency. but we have found out he is actually an Ethiopian American. We also found out his real last name is Yenageta, and Eliase is a very popular name in Ethiopia. He first claimed to be from Wounded Knee. Then Rosebud, then Pine Ridge and lastly Porcupine. All Lakota agencies had been contacted and NONE of them know who he is or have any record of anyone matching his names.
Which is fine, BUT he sells sells so-called “Lakotah” crafts from his company “Native Dreams Inc” around town and abroad through mailorder. So anybody purchasing this stuff please be advised that this is NOT real American Indian crafts but the work of an Ethiopian and also a Federal crime to misrepresent himself and his wares. So if you buy from an impostor it is your choice, but please be aware of what you are getting. He also recently participated in some fundraiser at the Mercury Café to “raise money for Pine Ridge.” We have been asking the coordinator of that event (another African woman who says Eliase set it up through her) why none of the Lakotas here in Denver knew about the fundraiser, why they weren’t invited to participate, and where the money went to. She then refused to return emails.
But it gets better. Not only does he just sell crappy beadwork and cheesy looking dreamcatchers, he now decided to tell everyone he was a VETERAN. But alas, the real veterans pulled his card very quick. It was very clear that Eliase Yenageta was NOT a veteran or even served as a member of our armed forces. Shortly after he was suspected of stealing eagle feathers that had been on a staff for a very long time, being that he was the ONLY suspect he quickly disappeared. Then not long after he was wearing eagle feathers and told everyone that he earned them sundancing. A few more calls were placed and he was found to have NEVER sundanced. He was found on the web hocking things that were suspected missing items in other people’s homes (painted buffalo skulls and basic indian wares). With this revelation he responded like every other wannabe does, with ANGER and lashing out at real native community. So you would think by now after getting exposed he would stop coming around right? WRONG!!
So now Eliase Yenageta starts fancying himself as a holyman. He even went as far as going to people’s houses in full homemade sundance regalia and performing false ceremonies, throwing around names of real holymen claiming he has the right to do so. Then he also claims to be a Heyoka, which he has NO RIGHTS to do by ANY holyman. He posts pictures up on his Facebook of Koshares and calls them Heyoka. ANY Lakota knows what a Heyoka is and that a Koshare is a whole different thing than a Heyoka, but then again Eliase is and Ethiopian so he doesn’t know any better.
As far as his S.A.I.M. group goes, A.I.M. does NOT acknowledge them as a splinter group and claims NO AFFILATION with them, good thing it seems to be only a few Mexicans and Indian teenagers on the net.
Eliase Yenageta is also kicked out of 3 different school Districts (DPS, Jeffco and a Charter division of Jeffco) for allegedly trying to exchange numbers with minors. Then it coincides with him being kicked out Indian Center for creeping out the teenage girls. Where does it end with this guy? We don’t know, but we do know that he has no native blood in him at all. Claiming he is Lakota to sell “Handcrafted Lakota” products and ceremony is a Federal offense, just as his penchant to wear eagle feathers.

Who is Eliase Graywolf? Part 2
Well, after the first statement everyone knows what he is not. We do know he uses aliases such as Albert Cino, Albert Vasquez, Eliase Cano, Eliase Tawahade, Elijah Tawahade, Yenegata E Tawahade, but what we don’t know is why? Maybe after a little reflection on his past we may figure out why it is he has to run and hide so much.
When Eliase Elijah Yenegata moved to Denver he started telling people he was a full blood Lakota. He claimed to be related to the Black Elk, Swallow, Means and Spotted Bear families. A few phone calls to the offices of all the Lakota tribes and interviews with family member from each respective family turns up that he is NOT related to any of them and all of them wish he would stop saying so and in some cases he was told directly not to be spreading around that he is family. He also claimed he was born at the siege in Wounded Knee and I quote “my mom carried me in one hand and had an AK-47 in the other.”  This also proved to be a lie because during whole standoff only one baby was born and he still lives up in SD. So a group of us thought we would dig deeper.
 Eliase was born to a father who is a naturalized American citizen by way of Ethiopia. And his mother (Roxanne R Tawahade aka Roxanne Garvin aka Roxanne Frye) calls herself a “Heinz 57” including Hispanic, White and Arabic but knows of no Indian blood in her past but claims she MIGHT be Cherokee. Which explains why 5-6 years ago in California Eliase was making the rounds passing himself off as a Cherokee before he decided he was going to call himself Lakota according to CA sources. After running Roxanne’s family tree on Ancestory there was no evidence of Indian blood at all. No Lakota, No Cherokee and lately I heard of him also trying to claim both Choctaw and Ojibwe heritage, again no proof .  His father Mel Tawahade aka Yenegata N Tawahade, an Ethiopian American who is related to Eliase and owner of property where Eliase lists as address for Native Dreams Inc, also said that Eliase is definitely NOT native. Those who had questioned him had either got him to say he was “part Egyptian” (Lie!) or that his family didn’t take orders from the “BIA stooges”. Any further questioning he gets verbally abusive, calls them “apples” and “sellouts” and “goons” then calling them “FBI Agents” working for the BIA.
Also found out that Eliase was a very low achieving Special Education student who by the way NEVER lived in Pine Ridge, Wounded Knee, Porcupine or anywhere else he claims to have grown up. No tribal records reflect the existence of an Eliase Graywolf or ANY of his aliases.
Eliase had took his girlfriend, Rebecca Battles and they started staying with different “uncles” and “aunties” who were usually non-natives claiming to be an assortment of tribes, many of them even being fraudulent Indians themselves trying to cash in. They had managed to piss many of them off by stealing, skipping rent and disappearing. That’s when Eliase started getting in the vending game out here. Most Indians didn’t really notice him until his whoppers got bigger and bigger. Then he ended up with a reputation as a thief. When he travelled almost everyone who had put him up said he stole something (which was usually for sale at his vending booth) or skipped out on a promise while making people very uncomfortable by talking about killing people (usually Indians that exposed him as he deemed to be “apples”). He had promised trades or offered to buy things and send money later, never came through. Also I just recently read a story of where he took money deposit for a pre-order that he never delivered to a customer.
Or he does this scam with natives. Taking an item and then later claiming they were stolen. One friend a real Black Elk though he has his father’s name had thought Eliase was legit and had him consign a beaded medallion that his aunt made. Eliase then tod him that it was stolen along with everything else he had. Then a year later he had seen his medallion at the Indian Arts And Crafts show at Denver Merchandise Mart and confronted the man. The man said he bought the medallion “fair and square from “Eliase Black Elk Graywolf whose grandmother handcrafted the medallion herself” and had the medallion in a glass case and was selling for a lot of money with a “made by Black Elk family” tag on it.
Another scam he had was he kept telling everybody Mrs. Battles was pregnant, and all the Lakota tribes were awaiting this baby whose coming was prophesized. Then he would say she had a miscarriage and start asking for money donations. Of course he needed all donations in Rebecca’s name because he can’t cash a check as Eliase “Graywolf”.  He also asked for any checks for his “S.A.I.M.” benefits and “Pine Ridge” benefit scams to be made to Rebecca. He had also told her to tell everyone she was Lakota too. She did everything she was told including cashing her own checks she was receiving so Eliase didn’t have to work.
FastForward through his exploits with his new fiancée/wife  which includes the formation of Native Dreams Inc and also more of the same lifestyle as with his previous wife and we ran across some very interesting stuff. Eliase seems to love dogs. Not like me or you love dogs but he REALLY loves dogs. A screenshot and link was sent to me of Eliase in a Facebook Group for teens looking for BESTIALITY april of 2012. Then another link showed up on a google search for his name where Eliase was looking for “k9 sex” with a dog and his wife on a bestiality chat on 7/18/12. It came up with Eliase’s personal email nativerenigade@yahoo (you still are a grievous misspeller Eliase). So upon running his email we found it disturbing that he has been a part of a site which show dog/human porn in over 2 years. He is shown (and also saved in screenshots in case he goes back and erases them). His comments read “I would love to see this in person. Would any of u do a threesome with dogs?”, “”wish there was a woman to let me watch her with a dog, wear (Eliase’s misspelling not mine) are the Colorado women at?” and this gem “wish human women could become pregnant with puppies that would be hot.” Not to mention his ex said that it was the last straw when Eliase tried talking her into having sex with a dog she finally bailed.
But the most disturbing report I have gotten was by a terminally ill person who Eliase duped into investing in his “business”. He convinced her that she was doing nothing illegal by making products and selling his also as “Indian Made” and gave her the pseudo title of CEO of a branch of Native Dreams. She had been on medication and Eliase was playing medicine man trying to get her to stop taking her medication and became angry with her telling her she needed to become an “example”  and to “go out like a warrior” and if she didn’t she was going against “the S.A.I.M. movement and resistance.”  Since then she found out he was fraud and cut all ties with him resulting in him attacking her online and making threats.
So the question must be asked. Is Eliase truly mentally ill or his he a deviant? We believe he is a little of both. The longing for dog sex is definitely indication that he is unstable, but the wanton thievery, stealing a cultural identity and using it to scam people out of money also shows that he may also be a sociopath too. He needs to be stopped.

it all started the other day when one of my former disgruntal caucasian students (Vincent Leo Ross) posted up a picture of this Grandmaster Illuminati Racist Caucasian and i began to comment on it and then his buddy (Eliase Graywolf) whom i was also friends with pops up and they began to team up on me with fellow ILLUMINATI brother of theirs (Charles Johnson) whom had already deleted me prior.
and Eliase is going on and on about how he is LAKOTA and his uncle is RUSSELL MEANS and i never said one word about RUSSELL he just kept repeating Russell was his uncle and he was LAKOTA, so i began to ask him if he was LAKOTA why was he running around with all these CAUCASIAN ILLUMINATI people, thus the argument insued so i bagan to tag a few of my fiends in the photo to maybe shed some light on the subject.
then, another Lakota drops in on the subject and he start pretending like they are close friends, but when i asked her about it, she said that she didnt like to be around the guy, then other Lakota began to point out that he was a liar and was not Lakota.  Then he began to make up lies about these people to me, telling me if i wanted to be friends with him that i had to delete and block these other Lakotas and that they were really  "federal informants".
Now at this point i knew he was a LIAR, because he was saying things i knew not to be true for certain so i began to look into this suspicious character:  Eliase Graywolf.  and as i began to look i noticed that he was messaging everyone whom he and I were both friends with and he was telling them these LIES that i had said all kinds of disrespectful things about his "Unlce" Russell means.  When in reality i had not said one thing about his alledged "uncle", then ge began ranting on everyones pages about his gang S.I.A.M> or something like that and he began ranting it on a note that was posted to my facebook page, which he was not tagged in by the way, and he was telling them the same thing that i had said all these disrepectful things about his "uncle" not knowing that i was tagged in the note and that most everyone in the note knew me as well, so he changed his tone and withdrew his statements as did I.
Then i caught him later after that still trying to persuade people to delete or block me that we were both friends with LIES about me "disrespecting" his "uncle" Russell Means, so then im like why is this guying still making up these lies about me, i thought it was all over, so i began to dig a little deeper.
Come to find out he's not even a LAKOTA, hes half WHITE and half EITHIOPIAN and Russell Means is not his biological Uncle and he is using Russells name to collect money and asking money from everyeone on facebook and selling poorly made Native Tribal Artifacts for top dollar online accepting paypal.  and where you will find one LIE you can always find 10 more LIES nearby.
I guess he was taken in by the Lakota where he took his tame : Eliase Graywolf and learned how to make poorly made native articles, too bad he didnt learn more than that.

Marissa Belthem I found out that his name is Elijah Tewahade I thought his dad was Yanagata Tewahade. Either was, this man is not even white as far as Ive found out, hes eithopian and egyption. His x wife Rebecca Battles used to talk to me about his dad and how muslim he is. I dont know how people are so trusting, I never had beef with him until he walked in a friend of mines who was on her moon, walked into her home wearing sundance relalia and eagle feathers, when she asked him to take em off he insisted that an elder has approved it. Cher Gautreaux Baum i have been trying for over a month to get someone to go stop this LIAR/FRAUD...even people in AIM and no one seems to want to do ANYTHING about him...he claims hes' Heyoka (NOT) and has some cowhead "altar" pic up in his photos...he claims Pipe Carrier(NOT) i know someone who was gifted a Pipe as an honor for helping people, he demanded that "no woman should have a Pipe, you should give that to me!!" ummmmm NO!!

Elizabethe Katherine Isawakë What mystifies me in all of this is that I have seen much more fighting in the ndn community between those who remain true to traditions who are of mixed non-white ancestries & those who do not & are of mixed white ancestry. My grandmothers both made sure that I had firm root in what is right, but when I came online all I heard is that I was somehow not who I said i was. I have seen the ndn community do so much witch hunting that we do not need non ndn people hunting us down, we do a pretty good job of destroying ourselves. There have been a lot of fakers on facebook,some did even worse things, yet i did not see the type of vitriol I am seeing now & I wonder the source of it all

Alexander Redowl well, in my case, he sent my wife and down to two rezes, he told us to meat a man who we found out was a pot head and a sexual prediter, he also says dave swollow is his uncle, turns out dave had no idea who he was, said he gave dave my number, he did not, I asked him for dave's number, he gave me a bad number, this man said my wife and I should come o a powwow and he would have helped my wife and I find a place on pine ridge we could rent, he said there was a trayler was open, thank creator we learned from our first wild goos chase brot on by him.
